Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an experienced clinical supervisor for the Pennsylvania Clinical Assessment Team. This remote role requires residency and licensure in Pennsylvania, with oversight of counseling staff and program development to align with facility standards and clinical philosophy.

The role involves supervision, case consultation, and ensuring daily clinical programming, with focus on crisis intervention and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment for clients.

Qualifications

• ASAM-aligned programs require advanced degree and licensure.
• Multiple pathways: MS with licensure, MS toward licensure, BA with CADC toward licensure, Associate with CAAC, CADC certification with experience.
• Clinical experience in health and human services, including work with chemically dependent.
• Supervisor experience and core supervision training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services and supervise staff.
• Facilitate treatment team meetings and case consults.
• Provide supervision to counselors and other staff.
• Maintain caseload as needed.
• Assist leadership in developing new programs.
• Ensure daily clinical programming and crisis intervention.
