Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a remote clinical supervisor for its Pennsylvania Clinical Assessment Team. Residency and licensure in Pennsylvania are required. This role supports supervision, program development, and adherence to facility standards and clinical philosophy.

You will provide supervision to counselors and staff, assist leadership with new program development, and ensure licensure supervision for clinical staff, enabling high-quality behavioral health services across the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with licensure or pursuing licensure and 2 years of clinical experience.
• 2 years of clinical experience in health and human services including 1 year with chemically dependent.
• Bachelor’s degree with CADC or pursuing CADC with 1 year of relevant experience and 3 years overall.
• Associates degree with CAAC and 4 years of clinical experience.
• Full certification as an addictions counselor and 3 years clinical experience.

• Provide supervision of counselors and staff.
• Assist facility leadership in developing new programs.
• Day-to-day supervision and training of clinical staff.
