Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks a Remote-PT Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA treatment plans, coach technicians, and coordinate care with families and payers. This non-exempt, part-time role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant documentation and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee and coach behavior technicians.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and payers (IEP, reviews).
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment protocols based on data.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation.
