Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Clinical Study Operations Manager to drive the operational delivery of clinical studies from startup through close-out. You will partner with sponsors, project teams, and sites to ensure efficient study execution and uphold quality and scientific rigor.

This contract-to-hire, fully remote role allows up to 10% travel. Beacon supports asynchronous work with in-person hubs in Boston, New York, and Paris as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to implement study startup activities and data configuration.
• Act as primary contact for clinical sites, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.
• Provide training to research sites on device use and study protocols.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, protocols, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Coach peers on GCP requirements, documentation discipline, versioning, and complaint management.
• Address operational issues promptly using Zendesk and Asana.
• Provide feedback from sites to inform device and workflow improvements.
