Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant to provide remote, onsite training and education across hospitals and clinics. You will lead the learning experience, guide clinical testing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure site readiness and a high-quality customer experience.

You must have 5+ years as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology RT, active ARRT certification, and likely a related degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology RT in a clinical environment.
• Clinical preceptor or training experience highly preferred.
• ARRT certification active and advanced certs in CV/CI/VI/RCIS or the ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite clinical services, education, and training.
• Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality.
• Ensure site readiness through collaboration with sales, service and project teams.
• Lead learning experiences via customer consultation and internal collaboration.
• Provide excellent customer experience for onsite training and communication.
• Maintain ongoing project status updates with internal teams.
• Build communication and promote collaboration within the learning audience.
• Acquire complete knowledge of solutions per modality and advance proficiency.
• Address and resolve diverse problems with sound judgment.
