Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to deliver Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education to customers across hospitals and clinics in the Chicago area. You will provide basic through intermediate application training and guide implementation and testing of new functionality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology RT in a clinical setting, ARRT verification, and advanced CV/CI/VI or RCIS certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology RT in a clinical environment.
• Clinical preceptor, clinical training, and/or adult education delivery experience preferred.
• ARRT certification verification required; advanced CV/CI/VI or RCIS certifications preferred.
• Certificate/associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred; CTT+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering onsite clinical services, education, and training.
• Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality.
• Ensure site readiness with sales, service, and project management teams.
• Lead learning experiences through customer consultation and collaboration.
• Provide ongoing communication on project status and coordinate with internal teams.
• Acquire complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality; advance proficiency.
• Address and resolve a diverse range of problems with sound judgment.
