Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Manager, Clinical Site and Participant Experience (CSPE) to optimize trial experiences for sites and participants. You will build and maintain strong site relationships, proactively resolve issues, and ensure participant feedback shapes study planning.

The role collaborates across Clinical Operations, Development, and Medical Affairs, supporting North American sites while leveraging knowledge of European operations to improve global trial experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years in Clinical Operations or Development, including 3+ years in site engagement roles.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations (GCP, FDA, EMA), and participant-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites.
• Provide proactive support and issue resolution.
• Incorporate participant feedback into study planning.
• Identify ways to reduce participant burden.
• Collaborates across Clinical Operations, Development, Medical Affairs, and external partners, primarily supporting North American sites with knowledge of European operations.
