Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) responsible for site performance and compliance in a specified country, managing all phases of clinical trial conduct at assigned sites.

You will supervise remote and on-site monitoring, regulatory documentation, and site selection while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel (domestic/international) is extensive, and strong English and local language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree or Bachelor's with 5+ years in healthcare/clinical research.
• 2+ years of site management experience in biopharma or CRO.
• Proficiency in GCP, clinical trial processes, and data management.
• Fluent in local language and English; valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring across assigned sites.
• Oversee regulatory documentation and compliance with ICH-GCP.
• Participate in site selection and initiate corrective actions.
• Handle issue resolution and support audits.
• Collaborate with regulatory, pharmacovigilance and legal teams.
• Contribute as a subject matter expert and mentor within the CRA team.
