Qualifications

• PharmD required
• Eligible for Ohio pharmacist licensure

• Review and approve clinical documentation for prior authorizations
• Coordinate with LTC departments to meet daily volume, quality and service goals
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
