Job summary

Randox Laboratories in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinical Specialist - Sales to drive growth from a remote, homebased base with travel within Arizona and neighboring states. The role is 40 hours per week, with base salary 70,000–90,000 and a $600 monthly car allowance, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will promote Randox clinical products, expand current accounts and win new business, prepare sales reports, manage key accounts, conduct market research and maintain product knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of field-based sales experience in diagnostics/health sciences.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• U.S. driving license and right to work in the USA; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Randox Clinical products across industries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current customers and win new business.
• Prepare sales reports and projections; manage key accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities; maintain product knowledge.
• Full on-the-job training will be provided on our processes.
