Merck & Co. in Rahway, NJ, seeks aClinical Research Manager to lead end-to-end performance for assigned protocols in accordance with ICH GCP and local regulations.

You will coordinate with Country Operations and the clinical trial team to drive feasibility, site selection, recruitment, execution and closeout. The role demands strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in a remote setup with local country coordination.

Qualifications

• Clinical trial planning and operational management experience.
• Familiarity with ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional global teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as main POC for assigned protocols, linking Country Ops with the clinical trial team.
• Manage end-to-end study delivery: feasibility, site selection, recruitment, execution, closeout.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, local regulations, QA standards, and AE reporting.
• Review monitoring reports and escalate issues to CRA/CTT management.
• Lead local study teams, train local roles, and coordinate across country teams.
• Develop and execute local risk management plans for studies.
• Ensure use of CTMS, eTMF, and other systems; escalate challenges to TA head/CRD.
• Collaborate with outsourcing vendors, investigators, and external partners.
