Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science is required.
• Experience with ICH GCP and Good Documentation Practices.
• Minimum 5 years' clinical research experience and 3 years CRA monitoring experience.
• Line management or team leader experience preferred.
• Fluent in local language with business English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work allocation, staff development and performance appraisal.
• Provide training, support and mentoring to CRAs.
• Manage CRA capacity and forecasting to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with CRM and PLMs to align monitoring across the country.
• Interface with HR, finance and HQ capacity planning as required.
• Escalate site performance issues to Head of Site Management and Monitoring.
