Qualifications

• 5-10 years of clinical research experience.
• 2 years of multi-site research management experience.

• CCRP Certification or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and logistical tasks of clinical research.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for trial execution.
• Maintain the Clinical Trials Management System.
• Guide sponsor relations as needed.
• Develop relationships with industry partners and CROs.
• Represent the company at meetings and conferences.
• Collaborate with Directors to ensure quality metrics.
• Recruit, train, and supervise clinical research personnel.
• Evaluate performance and manage employee relations.
