Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pharmacology and willingness to learn Infection Control quickly.
• At least 1 year of healthcare-related experience.
• Reliable and autonomous in a clinical setting.
• Hands-on familiarity with Pharmacology, including Sterile Technique.
• Comfort presenting to junior leadership.
• Ability to translate complex medical jargon to plain English.

Responsibilities

• Push fluids, titrate drips, and adjust rates as patient condition shifts hourly.
• Coordinate with insurance authorization to discharge patients from Fairfield.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CA regulatory requirements.
• Lead Project Management education days and translate clinical guidance for patients.
