Job summary

ObjectiveHealth is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator I in California, focused on patient interaction and direct care. You will support IRB-approved trials, manage screening and enrollment, and uphold strict data integrity across study visits.

The ideal candidate holds MA or phlebotomy certification and is adept at coordinating with investigators, sponsors, and monitors to advance clinical research in gastroenterology, urology, dermatology and oncology.

Qualifications

• Patient-facing clinical skills and compassionate care.
• Ability to manage IRB-approved trial protocols and study visits.
• Strong data entry accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, randomize and enroll patients per protocol.
• Conduct clinic visits and direct patient care activities (consenting, assessments, blood draws, ECG).
• Maintain eSource data and respond to IRB/site audit findings.
• Coordinate with PI, sponsors and monitors to ensure protocol adherence.
