Qualifications

• 4+ years of Discharge Planning experience
• 3+ years steering healthcare projects end to end
• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Ownership mindset and responsibility for budgets
• Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery
• 4+ years hands-on experience in a healthcare role

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform diagnostic and screening procedures within scope of practice
• Provide bedside care that reflects the company’s standards
• Carry Hot Springs caseload while precepting mid-level grads behind you
• Anticipate surgeon’s next instrument during RN-licensed cases, tray organized for use
