Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Clinical Research Associate - Full-Service to monitor sites remotely from WA. You will perform site qualification/initiation, monitoring, data verification, and ensure regulatory compliance across trials.

The role requires knowledge of ICH-GCP, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% when required. This position offers competitive benefits and integration into a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verifies informed consent and protects subject confidentiality.
• Conducts site process assessments and source document review.
• Ensures data accuracy in CRFs and supports query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, and storage per protocol.
• Reconciles ISF with TMF and ensures archiving per guidelines.
• Collaborates with site personnel and sponsor meetings; trains site staff as needed.
