Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a CRA I - Sponsor Dedicated for Oncology/Neurology. This home-based role covers Cleveland/Columbus, OH, with up to 30% travel to sites. You will qualify sites, monitor trials, manage data integrity, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or RN, with strong GCP knowledge, communication skills, and experience in site management and data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verifies informed consent and protects patient confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity.
• Conducts source data review, CRF data verification, and query resolution to closure.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, and distribution per protocol and regulations.
• Maintains ISF/TMF accuracy and supports audit readiness; attends investigator meetings.
