Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for a remote role based in Germany.

You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in line with ICH-GCP and SOPs, supporting a single sponsor study. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or RN, German and English fluency, prior monitoring experience in Germany, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN required; relevant clinical monitoring background preferred.
• Proven knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience monitoring in Germany is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remote) per protocol.
• Verifies informed consent documentation and protects subject confidentiality and data integrity.
• Conducts source data review, query resolution, and ensures SDV/EDC alignment within timelines.
• Maintains ISF/TMF accuracy, supports recruitment/retention strategies, and tracks action items.
• Communicates effectively with site staff and sponsor teams; travel as required.
