Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Previous monitoring experience in Austria.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis, willing to do cross-border monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely).
• Verifies informed consent procedures and protects subject confidentiality and data integrity.
• Audits Source Document Review and CRF data accuracy; conducts query resolution remotely and on site.
• Manages IP inventory, storage, labeling, and compliance with protocol.
• Maintains ISF and TMF reconciliation; ensures archiving per guidelines.
• Supports subject recruitment, tracking observations, and communicates action items to resolution.
• Acts as liaison with study site personnel and attends Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings.
