Qualifications

• MD or DO with active US medical licensure.
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or another relevant specialty.
• 7+ years of independent clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnostic reasoning, differential diagnoses, and evidence interpretation in de-identified patient scenarios.
• Identify missed diagnoses, unsafe recommendations, and documentation gaps.
• Provide concise reference answers demonstrating evidence-based judgment, escalation, and communication of uncertainty.
