Job summary

InnovAge seeks a Clinical Quality Improvement Advisor to standardize care processes, improve quality, and ensure compliance across InnovAge and affiliates. You will support oversight of care delivery per PACE regulations and drive performance improvement projects using LEAN methods.

The role requires nursing leadership experience, RN license, geriatrics background, auditing skills, and collaboration with compliance teams to prepare for surveys and maintain survey readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years health care experience with an emphasis in geriatrics.
• 3+ years nursing leadership with a background in quality.
• Current skill with auditing systems, follow-up for corrections and process improvement for healthcare areas.
• Knowledge of standards of clinical nursing practice and regulations.
• Working knowledge of project management, facilitation of work groups, quality improvement, and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supports oversight for provision of care and delivery of services per PACE regulations and goals.
• Develops and maintains clinical policies, procedures and protocols related to quality and compliance.
• Leads quality improvement projects based on performance measures and audits.
• Develops plans of correction and conducts audits to ensure consistent practice.
• Prepares for and participates in surveys/monitoring audits and ensures survey readiness.
• Collaborates with compliance and center staff on quality oversight and reporting.
