Alliance Health seeks a Provider Network Evaluator II-Clinical Quality for a fully remote role based in North Carolina. You will lead clinical quality reviews of MH/IDD/SUD providers, guide teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling as needed within NC.

The position requires an MS in a Human Services field, an active NC license (LCSW/LCAS/LCMHC/LPA/LMFT), and NCIT certification within 6 months of hire. Travel to Alliance sites and counties is possible.

Formación

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field with 3+ years post-master's experience in mental health/substance use services.
• Full, current NC professional license as LCSW/LCAS/LCMHC/LPA/LMFT is required.
• NCIT certification must be completed within 6 months of hire and within 1 year of employment as regulatory investigator.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and conduct Clinical Quality Reviews (CQR) of MH/IDD/SUD providers.
• Serve as clinical lead on reviews and provide guidance to team members.
• Identify quality concerns, regulatory noncompliance, and safety risks with supporting documentation.
• Ensure alignment with Provider Operations Manual, policies, and regulatory guidance.
• Travel as needed to Alliance Health offices or counties within NC.
