Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking an External Clinical Quality Analyst I to manage quality reviews and audits of provider-led care management programs. The role is full-time remote with residency in North Carolina and potential onsite travel to home office.

The position requires NC knowledge, experience with care management, and ability to coordinate training. Travel to Alliance offices and meetings may be required, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a non-Human Services field with 4 years of care management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services with 3 years of care management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services with 3 years in provider monitoring or program evaluation.
• Experience developing or reviewing care plans, comprehensive assessments, and engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Care Management documentation to ensure compliance with NC DHHS Tailored Care Management Provider Manual.
• Audit policy, procedures, staffing, training and provision of Care Management activities.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Provide feedback to leadership on quality concerns and risks.
• Coordinate training to address staff knowledge gaps.
