Alliance Health is seeking a QA/Quality Improvement professional to conduct quality audits, validate provider information, and ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.

You will analyze data, identify trends, collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies, and drive operational improvements. Remote role with flexible schedule and occasional onsite travel to Morrisville, NC, requires residency in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of QA/quality improvement experience.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills required.
• Preference for MicroStrategy, managed care and project management experience; NC residency.

• Annual salary $69,592–$88,729, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and PTO.
• Remote role with flexible schedule and occasional onsite travel to Morrisville, NC.
