Job summary

ProPharma Group is seeking a Clinical Project Specialist in Raleigh, NC to provide administrative and project management support for assigned clinical studies. You will work closely with study teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely study execution.

Responsibilities include document development, tracking, meetings, and cross-functional coordination, with experience in CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IVRS/IWRS preferred. Hybrid work and remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable experience considered.
• 2+ years in pharma, biotech, CRO, or clinical research environment preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple clinical studies or project teams is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage study-related trackers and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project management support for assigned clinical studies.
• Assist with study document development, formatting, review, and reconciliation.
• Track study information using databases, trackers, and study tools.
• Set up meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials.
• Identify issues/risks and communicate escalations as needed.
• Support CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IVRS/IWRS and training records as applicable.
