Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team on sponsor-facing studies. You will assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities, and support study-related processes and documentation.

In this remote-ready role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, adapt to changing priorities, and help identify and resolve operational issues proactively while leveraging Veeva

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research and understanding of trial processes.
• Experience using Veeva Vault and CTMS for study coordination.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
