Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted healthcare license or equivalent in healthcare administration.
• 1+ year experience in health plan, managed care, PBM, or related healthcare ops.
• Experience supporting clinical program processes and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to balance multiple complex projects with minimal direction.
• Strong oral and written communication, problem solving, and organization.
• Must have a secure remote workspace and reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of clinical programs with vendor partners.
• Maintain program workflows, SOPs, and reference materials.
• Monitor shared inboxes, queues, deliverables, and escalations.
• Document activities, decisions, and issues in tracking tools.
• Coordinate vendor invoicing, reporting, and client implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a positive client and member experience.
• Support HIPAA compliance and organizational policies in daily duties.
