Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking an Evaluation Specialist to plan, design, implement and report program evaluations for behavioral health services. The role focuses on process and outcome evaluations, data analysis and communicating findings to drive quality improvements.

The position is remote with the candidate residing in North Carolina; some travel for onsite meetings to the Home office may be required. A provisional appointment is tied to ongoing funding through June 2027.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in sociology, economics, psychology or related social science and two years post-degree experience in data gathering, editing, and analysis.
• Preferred: five years in behavioral health, statistics, program evaluation or quality management.

Responsibilities

• Designs evaluation projects based on program plans and establishes measures; manages evaluations.
• Conducts data analysis and writes findings with recommendations for Alliance departments.
• Prepares briefings, presentations and reports of findings for stakeholders.
• Promotes use of evaluation processes and results across departments to support continuous quality improvement.
