Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a licensed pharmacist to lead clinical program strategies and collaborate across Pharmacy Analytics, Marketing, Trade, and the Humana Clinical Pharmacy Review team. You will help maintain clinical formulary targets and report program KPIs for informed decisions.

The role emphasizes proactive cross-functional teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement aligned with Humana's focus on collaboration and impact. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in state of residence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills that would allow for efficiently tracking, analyzing and creating insights from various data sets.
• Expertise in working collaboratively and communicating with staff in different positions and all levels of management positions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with partner teams to ensure alignment and program execution.
• Maintaining clinical program target drug lists with Clinical Formulary and Medical Strategies team.
• Tracking, analyzing and reporting program KPIs to inform decisions.
• Developing relationships with external vendors and internal operations teams.
• Participating in clinical program innovation and testing enhancements to existing programs.
