Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License in US state of residence.
• 5+ years in acute care hospital-based pharmacy.
• 2+ years pharmacy operations with inventory management and automation.
• Experience in at least 3 pharmacy system or workflow implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Inventory Optimization services virtually following standardized best practices.
• Build and maintain customer relationships using a suite of digital tools.
• Leverage digital tools to review, validate, prioritize, and implement opportunities to drive optimization.
• Track ongoing performance and review dashboards with customers.
• Collaborate with the Inventory Optimization Service team to troubleshoot issues and manage expectations.
• Contribute to the service delivery best-practice playbook and cross-functional initiatives.
