Job summary

OneOncology, LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Services Manager to lead clinical pharmacy operations across our network. You will partner with physicians and executives to implement and improve oncology pharmacy services, acting as a clinical resource for practice sites and ensuring evidence-based regimens are maintained in OncoEMR.

The ideal candidate has oncology experience, an unrestricted RN license, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Flatiron Health OncoEMR.

Qualifications

• Oncology pharmacology knowledge and dosing expertise.
• Experience with NCCN regimens and regimen maintenance.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Field clinical information requests for the Director and staff.
• Support pharmacists and regimen-build staff across practices.
• Serve as oncology drug resource for the committee.
• Assist with practice regimen builds in OncoEMR.
• Track NCCN and FH regimen updates and approvals.
• Develop communications for clinical upgrades.
• Manage clinical projects related to drug regimens.
• Triage practice clinical concerns about regimens.
• Liaise with Flatiron Health on practice needs.
• Support Pharmacy Committee with drug information.
