UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in Texas to perform live telephonic outreach to Medicare members, improving medication adherence and outcomes. The role combines clinical and business collaboration with monthly in-office presence near Houston, including a 3-week training period.

The ideal candidate holds a TX pharmacist license, 3+ years of licensed pharmacist experience and patient consultation, and a background in MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or equivalent required.
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Texas.
• Minimum 3 years licensed pharmacist experience.
• Minimum 3 years of patient consultation experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Beginner level proficiency navigating MS Office and Windows-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform telephonic outreach to improve health quality outcomes.
• Optimize pharmacy therapy through telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies.
• Oversee pharmacy projects from inception to completion.
• Provide responses to drug information requests.
• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
• Coach, provide feedback, and guide others.
• Improve CAHPs member experience and Star Rating metrics.
• Document and track member engagement.
