Job summary

The incumbent will apply clinical judgment on drug practices, support IT/automation projects, analyze trends, and maintain the specialty drug list. Travel 10–25% and state licensure required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in scientific operations.
• 4+ years of RxClaim configuration for benefit.
• 4+ years of experience using RxClaim.
• Client-facing experience in benefit and specialty areas.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%.
• Licensed pharmacist in the state of residence in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for the COE team with scientific guidance.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, advisors, consultants, and internal partners to improve benefit practices and automation.
• Apply clinical judgment on drug practices and support IT/automation projects.
• Analyze trends and perform root-cause analyses for specialty drug configuration.
• Engage with internal partners via calls/ meetings as needed.
• Utilize RxClaim tools and Microsoft portal to acquire, analyze, and apply data.
• Offer global expertise to assist the specialty COE and standardization.
• Provide guidance for specialty drug lists and related policy updates.
• Maintain and oversee the specialty drug list as required.
