Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care programs such as Medication Therapy Management, Immunization Services, and Adherence & Clinical Programs
• Ensures regulatory compliance and quality improvement across clinical pharmacy services
• Drives regional pharmacy financial performance by aligning strategies with financial goals
• Supports patient experience through counseling and wellness services
• Provides clinical consultation to patients, doctors, and insurers
• Assists in staff training and development and promotes teamwork
