Mercor is seeking a Pharmacist for a remote contract role. You will review interactions and dosing against the patient medication list, ensuring every detail is up to date with current alerts and data quality standards.

You will evaluate the clinical picture, flag inappropriate choices, and verify that conclusions translate into orders, notifications, and chart documentation. A PharmD with an active license and AI experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Frequent use of Lexidrug or Lexicomp in clinical practice.
• 2+ years of professional pharmacy experience, inpatient preferred.
• Familiar with drug interactions and reference monographs.
• PharmD and active pharmacy license, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge across 2–3 specialized areas in practice.
• Able to judge if a clinical finding was properly followed.

Responsibilities

• Confirm interactions and dosing against full medication list and chart.
• Catch missed interactions and update data based on alerts.
• Assess completeness of the clinical picture including labs and comorbidities.
• Differentiate permitted versus appropriate and flag poor choices.
• Ensure conclusions are reflected in orders, notifications, and docs.
