Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Nurse for a remote contract role. You will confirm medication safety against full med lists and administration history, perform reconciliation checks, and identify IV compatibility issues or adverse-patterns requiring trace timelines.

The role emphasizes strong nursing judgement, escalation when necessary to pharmacy or prescriber, and meticulous documentation of findings and actions. AI data annotation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Frequent Lexidrug (or Lexicomp) use weekly or more in current or recent role.
• 2+ years of professional nursing experience, inpatient/acute care preferred.
• Reflexive use of Interactions and Trissel's at administration time.
• RN license in good standing; BSN or higher preferred.
• Strong knowledge in 2–3 specialized areas tied to practice.

Responsibilities

• Confirm a medication is safe to administer against full active med list and history.
• Catch reconciliation gaps, IV compatibility issues, or adverse-reaction patterns.
• Judge completeness by ensuring the full clinical picture is accounted for.
• Distinguish nursing scope vs. escalation needs to pharmacy/prescriber.
• Verify nursing findings, ensure dose holds, notify the right person, and document.
