The Clinical Lead will provide operational leadership for regional clinical trial activities, partnering with project teams to ensure successful start-up, site management, regulatory oversight, and monitoring across multiple locations.

• Extensive experience conducting advanced clinical monitoring and site management across multiple study locations.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to coach, mentor, and support clinical operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and site management best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site feasibility assessments, site identification, and site selection for regional/global studies.
• Coordinate ethics committee and regulatory submission activities with timely approvals.
• Manage investigational product logistics, including import/export documentation and distribution planning.
• Lead CRA meetings, provide ongoing study oversight, and communicate updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and internal teams, delivering study progress and resolving operational challenges.
