Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Project Management experience within a CRO setting.
• Experience managing Phase I-III clinical studies.
• Experience in Oncology, CNS, Immunology, Cell & Gene Therapy, Rare Disease, or related fields.
• Prior experience leading large-scale, global, multi-site clinical trials is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations, project management methodologies, and risk assessment.
• Experience contributing to bid defenses and client-facing business development activities.
• Proven ability to manage study budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between sponsors and internal teams throughout the duration of each project.
• Direct cross-functional project teams to ensure timelines, milestones, and study objectives are achieved.

• Support business development efforts, including bid defenses and client presentations.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Project Manager with CRO experience and a successful track record managing international studies. This is a direct-hire opportunity requiring a hybrid schedule in Raleigh (RTP), NC.

Compensation & Benefits of the Clinical Project Manager

• Base Salary: $140,000 - $170,000
