Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Project Management experience within a CRO setting.
  • Experience managing Phase I-III clinical studies.
  • Experience in Oncology, CNS, Immunology, Cell & Gene Therapy, Rare Disease, or related fields.
  • Prior experience leading large-scale, global, multi-site clinical trials is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, project management methodologies, and risk assessment.
  • Experience contributing to bid defenses and client-facing business development activities.
  • Proven ability to manage study budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

This individual will be responsible for leading Phase I-III clinical trials, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, remain within budget, and meet all regulatory and sponsor requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Project Manager with CRO experience and a successful track record managing international studies. This is a direct-hire opportunity requiring a hybrid schedule in Raleigh (RTP), NC.

Compensation & Benefits of the Clinical Project Manager
  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $170,000
