Qualifications

Active MA RN license with 5+ years of nursing experience.
Prior management experience preferred.
BSN from an accredited college or university.
BLS CPR Certification.
Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and governing laws.
Proficiency with office and compliance management software.

Responsibilities

Oversee patient care operations and ensure clinical excellence.
