Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Lead for a fully remote role based in the United States. The ideal candidate has extensive CRA leadership experience, advanced clinical monitoring expertise, and a proven ability to coach teams while managing multiple studies and sites in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading CRA meetings, partnering with Sponsors, mentoring CRA teams, delivering study updates, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure timelines, quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of clinical research experience with advanced monitoring and site management.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring CRAs and operations teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead internal CRA meetings and teleconferences, with prepared materials.
• Partner with Sponsors during study meetings and provide updates and communication.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to CRA teams to ensure timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a main point of contact for Sponsor communication and updates.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with meeting agendas and study communications.
