Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support a leading pharmaceutical/biotechnology organization on the West/West Coast US. This field-based CRA role suits professionals with independent monitoring experience who excel at building relationships with investigative sites.

Responsibilities include monitoring visits, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP, reviewing documentation, and collaborating with site staff.

Qualifications

2+ years of independent monitoring experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device studies preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits.
Ensure studies comply with ICH-GCP, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Review source documents, site records, and data for accuracy and compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with investigators and site staff.
Identify, document, and resolve site issues while supporting study execution.
Complete monitoring reports and follow-up documentation within timelines.
Travel extensively to clinical research sites as required.
