Qualifications

• Proficient in clinical interpretation: drug–drug, drug–disease, drug–food interactions and allergies.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in good standing.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support Omnicare pharmacy operations by handling complex clinical assessments and interventions.
• Manage rejected clinical claims by proposing covered alternatives and updating orders in the pharmacy system.
• Initiate Prior Authorizations or Medical Exceptions when required by payers.
• Deliver Medication Therapy Management services by licensed pharmacists.
• Coordinate national account or multi‑chain client requests.
