Post Acute Analytics Inc. is seeking a Clinical Intelligence Quality Auditor (Contract) to provide flexible clinical review capacity within the Clinical Intelligence Governance and Quality function. This fully remote, six-month contract requires approximately 20 hours per week with a budgeted rate of $55 per hour.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted clinical license as a registered nurse, occupational therapist, physical therapist, or another discipline relevant to the assigned clinical reviews; RN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned clinical audits using approved sampling, methodology, and documentation.
• Evaluate clinical indicators, classifications, summaries, assessments, recommendations, and other outputs.
• Assess outputs for accuracy, completeness, clinical support, and contextual relevance for workflow.
• Identify missing or outdated information and escalate safety concerns per governance processes.
• Document findings concisely using approved definitions and severity classifications.
