Qualifications

• Epic Clarity Data Model certification in one or more modules.
• 5+ years in a healthcare-related organization with reporting focus.
• Strong SQL Server or Oracle expertise and data warehousing knowledge.
• Proven experience translating requirements into BI reports and objects.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects architecture and reporting best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, prioritize, and track business and reporting requirements.
• Develop reports and analytics solutions based on stakeholder needs.
• Develop reports using the Epic Tapestry data model.
• Identify data sources and translate business questions into reports and BI objects.
• Analyze and document future-state reporting specifications and functionality.
• Apply SQL programming using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Leverage data warehouse concepts and BI best practices.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting issues with escalation when needed.
• Maintain issue logs and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BI, analytics, and clinical teams to support reporting priorities.
• Estimate development timelines and manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Communicate business requirements effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure reporting solutions align with healthcare workflows and policies.
