Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an on-site trainer to support the HCUS modality product portfolio and future products. You will train, demonstrate, and support field service and sales efforts, coordinating with hospital staff and customers across the US.

Key responsibilities include optimizing image quality, creating training materials, and providing ongoing application support while adhering to FDA and ISO requirements. Travel up to 85% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or higher degree in a related field (preferred).
• ARRT registered radiology technologist certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital radiology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates on-site training using validated applications and protocols.
• Collaborates with technologists and radiologists to ensure proper operation of HCUS products.
• Optimizes image quality across the HCUS modality portfolio.
• Develops customer training and support materials.
• Provides telephone and on-site support to customers, sales, and field service.
• Maintains documentation to support customer training and ensures regulatory compliance.
