Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an on-site training specialist to support the HCUS modality portfolio across current and future products. The role involves collaborating with technologists, radiologists and sales teams to ensure effective training, high image quality, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital radiology, ARRT certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of an associate degree; master’s degree preferred.
Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT credentials.
5+ years of digital radiology experience.

Responsibilities

Facilitates on-site training using validated applications, protocols and processes.
Collaborates with technologists and radiologists to ensure proper operation of HCUS products.
Optimizes image quality across HCUS modality products.
Manages full system training.
Coordinates training events with customers and HCUS contacts.
Develops training and support materials.
Provides telephone support for customers, sales, and field service.
Gives feedback to internal teams on equipment issues and customer concerns.
Maintains documentation to support customer training.
Educates on all aspects of the modality product portfolio.
Identifies opportunities to increase market share by addressing customer needs.
