Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in medical device industry educating staff in OR.
• Experience in orthopedic and spine-related environments preferred.
• Clinical research experience supporting medical device trials.
• Strong ethics and protection of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgeons and staff clear instructions on study protocols.
• Prevent protocol deviations and intervene in the OR when needed.
• Stay current with scientific literature and clinical data.
• Communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders with clarity.
• Train site personnel and escalate study-related issues as needed.
• Maintain credentialing to access operating rooms nationwide.
• Support recruitment through site visits outside surgeries.
• Ensure study cases comply with clinical protocol and risk mitigations.
