Qualifications

• Clinical CDI expertise with ICD-10 and HCC coding.
• Ability to translate clinical concepts into business impact.
• Distill CDI topics for clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Interest in AI transforming CDI and revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Help hospitals understand how AI-powered CDI can improve documentation, boost revenue, and drive quality care.
• Work with Customer Success to refine documentation workflows and help clients maximize CDI programs.
• Design and refine educational materials for CDI specialists to review AI-driven recommendations and maintain compliance.
• Communicate with client CDI leaders to build trust and demonstrate advanced CDI knowledge.
