Job summary

Obsidian is seeking an experienced Clinical Documentation Integrity Manager to improve AI tools enhancing clinical documentation accuracy and coding integrity. You will lead CDI programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and educate clinical staff on best practices.

Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in clinical documentation integrity, proficiency with CDI software, and strong communication skills. This role allows for remote work, targeting innovative healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical documentation integrity or improvement, with at least 2 years in a manager or leadership role.
• Strong clinical background with the ability to interpret medical records and documentation.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical documentation integrity programs overseeing review workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated documentation improvement suggestions for accuracy.
• Annotate AI outputs and provide feedback to support training datasets.
